You choose and type
Pick a design, choose a size, and type the names or date. We use exactly what you type — spelling, capitals and punctuation.

Cut, printed, assembled
Wood board is laser-cut into layers, the artwork and your text are UV-printed, and the layers are glued and inspected. 3–5 business days by our production partner.

Packed and tracked
Wrapped in tissue with corner protection and shipped with tracking: 7–15 business days to the US, 10–25 business days elsewhere.

If something is wrong, we put it right
- Damaged in transit or text differs from what you typed — email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we remake it or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to send it back.
- Lost or very late parcel — not arrived 30 business days after dispatch? We reship free or refund in full.
- Changed your wording? — free changes or cancellation until production starts, usually within 12 hours.
- Personalized pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Questions people ask first
What is it made of?
Laser-cut wood board (MDF or plywood, depending on the design) in several glued layers. Artwork and your text are UV-printed; designs that look carved are printed, not hand-carved. For indoor display; not a toy.
When will it arrive?
3–5 business days to make, then 7–15 business days to the United States or 10–25 business days to other countries, with tracking. US import charges are included in our price.
Will I see a proof?
Not by default, because your text goes into the layout shown in the photos. Email us right after ordering if you want to check something and we will hold production until you reply.
Where is it made?
By our production partner in China, then shipped by tracked post; in the US the last leg is delivered by USPS.
What if I spell a name wrong?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering with the correct text and we will change it free of charge. After production starts it cannot be changed.
